Return & Refund Policy

Returns are accepted within 30 days from the item delivered date. Please note all product(s) returned without original tags and packaging will be rejected. Any product(s) that have been used, resized, damaged or otherwise altered after delivery will not be accepted for return. A restocking fee of up to 20%( depends on the condition of the returned product, if item return in brand new condition, a full refund will issue) plus original shipping cost to the buyer may be deducted from buyers refund. Returned items must be received by us within 30 days of the return being granted.

Please make sure to return the item by USPS 1st class mail instead of Priority mail.

Returning to our Online Returns address

Your order will include an invoice and return RMA number. Securely pack your merchandise and RMA number in a box or envelope of your choice (you may also use the original package if possible). Place the pre-printed Return Label on the outside of your package. Please note that the Return Label is not pre-paid, therefore, you will be responsible for the return shipping cost. In addition, return shipping is non-refundable; unless you received damaged, defective, or wrong item(s). Mail your online returns to the following address:

Please allow 3-5 working days from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 1-2 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. For returns from International and APO/FPO addresses, please allow 4-6 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited, and 2-3 billing cycles for the credit to appear on your statement. A restocking fee of 20% plus original shipping cost to the buyer may be deducted from buyers proceed.
